Yurrita Spanish Bonito Del Norte Ventresca Tuna


Yurrita’s Bonito del Norte Tuna Ventresca is buttery and tender, turning an everyday food into a delicacy. The fish is caught in the Cantabrian Sea off the coast of Spain using just fishing lines and hooks. Yurrita then takes the most tender part of the belly—the triangular section near the head—along with olive oil, to hand-pack this tin.
