Prepared by hand, Smoke In Chimneys smoked trout is blended with tangy mayonnaise, lemon, mustard, green onions, and red pepper. It’s gently rolled by hand to preserve the large lumps of smoked trout. Easily bake, broil, or pan-fry to perfection.
