Pofu is a creamy, rich tofu made from pumpkin seeds. Use it as you would tofu, in stir fry, casseroles or makes a great addition to salads with a vinaigrette dressing. Delicious marinated in Charming Chili Sauce or Charming Lemon-Ginger Sauce, one serving has 13 grams of protein.
