Made from 100% Cabernet Franc meticulously grown and hand-harvested on our Home Vineyard in Westminster, Maryland. The spontaneous yeast fermentation was conducted in a concrete tank with partial carbonic masceration to enhance the wine's structure and profile. After 10 days, the wine was seperated from the skins to settle in a steel vat. This Nouveau was bottled just 21 days after harvest and represents a brief and intriguing glimpse into the beautiful 2023 season.
