Maryland Vegan Month

HEX Superette is delighted to join Maryland Vegan Month for the entire month of August. Their mission is to bridge the gap by increasing the awareness, benefits, and accessibility of a plant-based diet through a fun, innovative, and community-based experience.

Vegan seasonal menu items at HEX:

• Starters — Umami Dust Popcorn, Focaccia, Greens & Pickle Salad
• MLT — smoked mushrooms, greens, HEX Kraut-chi, mayo on housemade focaccia served with greens and pickles
• Powerhouse — HEX's take on the classic w/ avocado, micro-greens, carrots, red pepper, HEX glow kraut, pickled radishes, hummus, roasted garlic aioli on toasted focaccia served with chips. 
  
• Grazing Board — cashew cheeze, hummus, mixed olives, crudité, toasts, seed crackers.
• Phoenix Bowl — Tofu over rice with fermented carrot sauce, scallion, HEX kraut-chi and avocado
