Fishwife Slow Smoked Mackerel with Chili Flakes


Fishwife's Mackerel is wild-caught by family-owned boars in the Northeast Atlantic during the winter months when mackerel quality is at its peak. It's then handcut, sweetcured, and slowly smoked over beechwood. Each tin is hand-packed with Spanish Olive oil that's been infused with crushed chillis and garlic. 

Fishwife tins are BPA-free.
