Fishwife Sardines with Hot Pepper
Fishwife's sardines are responsibly wild-caught by vessels fishing in the Northeast Atlantic from July to April, when sardine quality is at its peak. The sardines are hand-packed into our tins with Spanish extra virgin olive oil, hot pepper, and a touch of sea salt. Enjoy with hot sauce and potato chips, over a crispy breakfast toast, or stirred into pasta puttanesca.
