We are truly honored to welcome Sandor Katz, renowned fermentation revivalist and author of Wild Fermentation and the James Beard Award-winning The Art of Fermentation, a New York Times bestseller. Having traveled the world to study, teach, and explore the art of fermentation, Sandor shares his knowledge through workshops, lectures, and his own fermentation school in Tennessee. Join us on Friday, May 16th, from 7PM-9PM for a special ticketed talk—an intimate evening that includes fermented cocktails, snacks, and a Q&A with Sandor himself.

In addition to Friday, this ticket includes access to Saturday, as well as a festival glass!
