Cypress Brown Rice

A long grain, Texas-bred rice. Fluffy and tender in texture. 

Soak rice to float off any hulls. Rice to water cooking ratio 1:1.5. Measure water and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover pot, and simmer, untouched, without stirring, at lowest heat for 50 minutes. 

Soil-grown with on-farm plant-based compost & solely naturally-derived inputs, fostering diversity, biology, & nutrient density.
