CGF Garlic and Chive Cheddar is just the right balance. Garlic lovers will appreciate this cheese but it is not overpowering for those that don't want it lingering on their breath. The chive brings a nice companion to the garlic. Good snacking cheese and for making grilled cheese!
The Chesapeake Gold farm has been in the Miller family since the 1800s and is very much a family run operation. As farmers, they take great pride in their work that consists of long days and a lot of factors that are completely out of their control such as the weather. They have a love for caring for and nurturing living things through their crops and their cows and believe that taking extra care will give you the best.
Their milk is produced from the cows that they raise from birth that eat crops that they grow. They then have their milk made into cheese that has zero additives or preservatives. You are left with purely natural products that speak to the care and love they give their animals.
