Sardines with Preserved Lemon

Fishwife's sardines are responsibly wild-caught by vessels fishing in the Northeast Atlantic from July to April, when sardine quality is at its peak. The sardines are hand-packed into our tins with Spanish extra virgin olive oil, preserved lemon, and a touch of sea salt. Enjoy with pasta, over a rice bowl, or on toast!
