Sando Mayo Sauce - Hot Giardinayo

This is the purpose of Ayoh's existence. It combines the Italian American flavors of Giardiniera with the spiciness of Calabrian chilies and hot cherry peppers. A tribute to the traditional pickled vegetables of Chicago. In short, it is already considered the greatest of all time. This one is the original, with a subtle tanginess.
