Organic Wild Blueberry Topping

The stars of the show are wild lowbush organic blueberries, harvested from Youngs Cove Road in Pembroke, Maine. At their commercial kitchen, the Minke, they add in organic lemon juice, pectin and organic cane sugar…but not too much!  They think you will notice that it is very super duper delicious.
