They then mix in toasted coconut, dark chocolate chips from French Broad Chocolates, our own small-batch granola, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut nectar, and Jacobsen sea salt. Imagine your favorite sweet-salty trail mix, but in cookie form, then transformed into a crunchtacular nut butter!
