All You Need is Rum: Founder Jaime Windon of Lyon Rum

Lyon Rum Founder and Rum Lover, Jaime Windon, leads this workshop understanding & enjoying the most versatile spirit. She'll describe the breadth and versatility of rum and you'll experience a comprehensive tasting of rum styles and production methods, debunking myths and stereotypes. Learn how different rums can apply to classic cocktails, demonstrating her motto, "All You Need is Rum!".  Our workshop opens with a mini cocktail, to get things started.
