


Learn to Make Focaccia: Ryan of Cafe Campli
Join us for a hands-on baking experience! You'll make focaccia bread from scratch, using local, organic flour. In this interactive class, you'll learn the key techniques behind mixing, kneading, and preparing this versatile Italian bread, which is perfect for sandwiches, snacks, or as an accompaniment to any meal. You will also learn about sourcing local grains and local flour.
Ryan Scalfari of Cafe Campli will guide you through each step of the process, including and explanation of fermentation. You'll also learn the importance of ingredients and techniques, such as how to create a crispy crust and a soft, airy interior.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own focaccia. The dough will be rising, and ready to bake at home in the baking pan provided!
