Kombucha Workshop

Learn to make your own kombucha with Meaghan Carpenter, Food Alchemist and Co-Founder of HEX Ferments and HEX Superette. Whether you are a seasoned home brewer or a curious beginner, this course is designed for all levels. Starting with the entire brewing process, first fermentation to flavoring and bottling, SCOBY care and health benefits. More seasoned brewers will find the class useful by getting straight answers from a home brewer turned commercial brewer with 20+ years of brewing experience. Curious beginners will leave feeling confident with resources to start making kombucha that day! Class takes place in HEX Ferments production kitchen, participants will go home with a SCOBY, instructions, as well as a custom tea blend that we will make together as a class. 

Complete Kombucha kits will be available for purchase to workshop participants at a discounted rate day of.
