HEX Powerhouse — avocado, micro-greens, mucho veggies, HEX kraut, pickled radishes, hummus, aioli on focaccia w/ chips. V
Kimchi Enchiladas — beef or mushroom bulgogi, HEX kraut-chi, cheese, flour tortilla, gochujang, scallion, & fried shallot.
Grazing Boards — dips, ferments, crudités, olives, local meats & cheeses, toasts & crackers.
