Clavel Mezcaleria is popping up at HEX Superette for an unforgettable weekend of bold flavors, cocktail magic, and hands-on fun!
On October 18 & 19, Mexican Chef Carlos Raba (James Beard–nominated chef and co-owner of Clavel) takes over the HEX kitchen with a special menu of inventive, Sinaloan-inspired bites. Expect soul-packed food that pushes boundaries and delights the senses.
Behind the bar, head of Clavel's Bar Lab, Olive Todd joins forces with HEX’s Hunter Elson to curate speciality cocktails for the weekend with seasonal and fermented ingredients that shine.
