Racines de Trois Brut Champagne
Grapes: 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier
Vine age: 40+ years old
Vineyard: Cotes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Aube
Vinification: Methode Champenoise. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks and 600L demi-muid Burgundy barrels.
