Chillable Red Wine

EZY TGR's Chillable Red is certified organic, 50% Early Muscat + 50% Co-fermented Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Mencia. The Cab Sauv is sourced from a certified organic vineyard planted in 1983 (Columbia Gorge AVA). Early Muscat grown on Missoula Flood deposits in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Own-rooted vines grown in volcanic soils. Spontaneous fermentation took place in stainless steel. Part of the wine was aged in neutral barrel, where it completed malolactic fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered.

Sage and Cherry Jolly Rancher flavors burst forth with the first pour, while the aroma dances between strawberry black tea and sweet herbs, evolving with each encounter. The taste is smooth and distinctly red-fruited, yet remains delicate at only 12% abv. Serve chilled, relax, and savor the moment.
