Our take on the national food of Korea. Miso Kimchi is a flavor party. Made with chickpea miso (no soy!) blended into our house made gochujang. Mid-range heat packed with traditional kimchi ingredients, but without fish sauce. Perfect for rice bowls, eggs, ramen, potato salad, nut butters or grilled cheese.
