Wight Tea

Shenandoah Black Tea

$14.99

Wight made their popular menu-item the Shenandoah available to your tea cabinet. When customers ask to describe how this tea tastes, they tell them it may seem dramatic but it tastes like you are hiking on the woods (in the Shenandoah Valley of course) on a fall day and the leaves are red and yellow and orange; you look out ahead and see a cabin on a mountain in the distance and there is a smoke coming from the chimney.

The person tries the tea and says, "wow, you're right, that's exactly what this tastes like" and we both laugh and then they drink the rest of the tea.

It's SO good with a little maple syrup to sweeten and served tea latte style.

Yaupon, by the way, is a tea variety all its own and is the only herb native to the continental US that has caffeine. Our yaupon is wild-harvested and roasted in Texas by our friends at Catspring Yaupon.
