Pepper

2021 Pepper is a blend of 65% Cabernet Franc, 25% Blaufränkisch, 10% Chambourcin, aged in neautral oak barrels for 18 months -- it's rich and ripe with soft tannins and those spicy pyrazine notes you would expect from a wine called "Pepper".
