
Chocolate Covered Malt Balls
To make these Chocolate Covered Malt Balls, it is carefully hand-ladle melted single origin Tanzania dark chocolate over rich, dense malt balls, nestled in our panner. After about 8 hours of spinning in the panner and delicately adding layer after layer of chocolate by hand, the balls are finished. Unpolished and without the addition of a shiny additive, these handmade malt balls have a rustic look and feel.
Great for snacking on the go, adding to a cheese/charcuterie plate, or pairing with your favorite brew!

Dark Chocolate (Mababu, Tanzania cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter [made in our factory with Mababu beans]), Malt Ball Centers (Corn Syrup, Sugar, Malted Milk [Malted Barley, Wheat Flour, Milk, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt], Sugar, Malt Extract, Coconut Oil, Glycerol Monostearate, Artificial Flavor).
