Tiger's Eye Beans

A nutty, rich-flavored bean which falls apart upon extended cooking. Suited for chili, refried beans, bean patties, and other bean mashes.

Dry beans increase in volume threefold when cooked. Young beans, which these are, cook in less time. 

Soil-grown with on-farm plant-based compost & solely naturally-derived inputs, fostering diversity, biology, & nutrient density.
