In Philosopher Foods' patent-pending process, they lacto-ferment organic* almonds from Burroughs Family Farms for 10-14 days to reach the perfect level of acidity and sourness. *Regenerative Organic® Certified
The almonds are then dehydrated at the lowest possible temperature for 2 days to dry them out, creating an extremely crunchy, wholly healthy shelf-stable snack that pops in both flavor and texture.
