Flavor Profile: We make this ferment once a year, when all the vegetable planets come into alignment and the bacteria Gods smile upon us we are rewarded with this incredibly earthy, olfactory intoxicating, additive kraut. Psst! Did you know that Black Radishes are the OG radish?!?
Green Tomato Kimchi
Green Tomatoes*, Napa Cabbage*, Red Pepper*, Onion*, Garlic*, Coriander Seeds*, Mustard Seeds*, Korean Red Pepper, Sea Salt.
Flavor Profile: Bright, earthy with lots of funk. This kimchi is not super spicy, but it's also not mild; bright green tomatoes, pops of coriander, mustard and Korean red pepper make this fall seasonal a stand out for all dishes. Try it on the MLT at HEX Superette! This years Green Tomato Kimchi veggies are from farm partners at Franklin Sustainable Farms & Moon Valley Farm.
