Plain Yogurt

Chesapeake Gold yogurt is made from milk from their farm that has been pasteurized but not homogenized. They suggest to their customers to stir the yogurt before eating since the cream does rise to the top of the container. Their yogurt has been strained so it is thicker than regular yogurt but not quite as thick as Greek yogurt.  They use live and active cultures that are great for gut health.
