Roasted lightly to highlight varietal character, Guatemala “Quetzal” offers a creamy body with a long, smooth finish and soft notes of butter, vanilla, apricot, and nougat, balanced by gentle acidity. Grown in Huehuetenango by a fair trade cooperative named for Guatemala’s national bird, this coffee supports member farmers through technical assistance and sustainable practices, including organic fertilizer made from coffee pulp.
